A first consultation with an Ayurvedic practitioner, who evaluates the person's dosha (individual energy constitution), establishes the imbalances or ailments that need to be treated before the program can begin. An individualized treatment plan is developed to bring about harmony and advance general well-being based on the results of this examination.

Abhyanga (herbal oil massage), Shirodhara (warm oil applied to the forehead), Panchromatic (detoxification therapies), and Swedana (herbal steam therapy) are some of the treatments provided in an Ayurveda spa program.
