Overview

A complete wellness programme called the Mindfulness & Stress Management Ayurveda Programme uses both contemporary mindfulness practises and traditional Ayurvedic concepts to assist people manage stress and improve their overall well-being. By addressing the mind, body, and spirit, this programme, which is often provided as a workshop or retreat, offers a comprehensive approach to stress management.

The program's participants are led through a variety of Ayurvedic practises, including tailored food advice, herbal medicines, yoga, meditation, and breathwork exercises. These techniques aim to establish harmony and inner serenity by balancing the doshas (mind-body constitution) of the individual.

The programme incorporates mindfulness practises to improve self-awareness and encourage a present-moment focus. Sample Daily Schedule

  • 7 am: Optional morning Yoga or Meditation session
  • 8 am: Prescribed healthy juice or herbal tea
  • 8.30 am: Personalised healthy breakfast
  • 10.30 am: Prescribed Ayurvedic Treatment (Shirodhara, Ksheera Dhara, Podi Kizhi, Ela Kizhi, Urovasthi etc.) or Wellness movement session (Meditation, Yoga, Pranayama)
  • 12 pm: Ethnic Cooking Demonstration followed by healthy lunch
  • 3 pm: Nature Walk
  • 5 pm: Spa treatment (Abhyanga, Talapodhichil, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Organic Facial, Nourishing Face Ritual etc.) followed by an Aromatic Bath
  • 7.30 pm: Personalised healthy dinner
