Stress & Depression affects our mind, body & soul. Nowadays everywhere we are facing a kind of stress it can be due to dis-ease, trauma, finance, relation, etc.
In Ayurveda, we always try to find out the cause why the problem is coming. it’s a combination of Ayurveda therapies like Shirodhara, marma therapy, massage, etc & internal herbal formulation like ashwagandha, etc.
Especially balancing the mind we do Yoga therapy, meditation, Yoga Nidra, mantra chanting, etc. It is the goal to let the mind, body & soul come to rest.
An all-encompassing strategy for managing stress and depression is provided by the traditional Indian medical system known as Ayurveda. The Ayurvedic approach to treating depression and stress focuses on re-establishing harmony and balance in the mind, body, and spirit.
The programme normally starts with a thorough evaluation of a person's distinct constitution (dosha) and knowledge of their imbalances. A customised treatment plan is created to meet the individual's unique needs based on this assessment.
Herbal treatments, nutritional advice, lifestyle changes, meditation, yoga, and particular therapies like Shirodhara (the gentle application of warm oil to the forehead) and Abhyanga (therapeutic oil massage) are all possible components of an ayurvedic approach to managing stress and depression.
Ayurveda also stresses the value of developing good daily routines, adequate rest, and a balanced diet to improve general well-being. The programme promotes the adoption of mindfulness techniques and healthy lifestyle habits in order to lessen stress, increase resilience, and foster emotional balance.
Overall, Ayurveda offers a thorough and individualised approach to managing stress and depression, putting an emphasis on re-establishing balance and encouraging general well-being.
