Stress Management Programme

Ayursoma’s Stress management programme focuses on relieving you from the exasperations and demands of the modern world. Stress is caused by the imbalance of 3 mental functions: Dhi (learning), Dhriti(retention), Smriti (memory) and lack of Ojas or energy of the body. This therapy re-establishes this balance using a combination of Ayurvedic treatments, yoga and meditation programs. It also includes rejuvenation massage and therapy, Dhara, Njavarkizhi, Thalam, herbal steam baths, herbal packs, intake of herbal medicines, etc.

Programme for Stress Management Ayurveda Package is a comprehensive wellness programme based on the fundamentals of Ayurveda, an age-old holistic medical system from India, with the goal of reducing stress and fostering general well-being. To assist people in managing and reducing their levels of stress, this package incorporates different Ayurvedic therapies, treatments, and lifestyle changes.

An in-depth consultation with an Ayurvedic practitioner to determine the person's unique needs and imbalances usually precedes the programme. An individualised treatment plan is developed based on this assessment and includes a variety of Ayurvedic therapies, including Panchakarma (detoxification and purification procedures), Shirodhara (continuous application of warm oil to the forehead), and Abhyanga (therapeutic oil massage).
