To enhance physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, the Elevation Spa Ayurveda Program integrates the traditional therapeutic practices of Ayurveda with cutting-edge spa therapies. This program, which lasts for several weeks, provides guests seeking harmony and renewal with a transforming experience.

An in-depth consultation with an Ayurvedic practitioner, who evaluates the person's dosha (body-mind constitution), establishes the program's starting point and creates a custom treatment plan. A mix of Ayurvedic therapies, including Panchakarma (detoxification and purification), Shirodhara (oil pouring on the forehead), and Abhyanga (therapeutic oil massage), are used during the treatments.

To improve attention and encourage relaxation, guests can also take part in yoga and meditation classes. A unique Ayurvedic diet is also offered, emphasizing the body's feeding and balancing effects through carefully chosen foods and herbal supplements.
