The ‘Diet Program’ at Rockholm is completely personalized for each of our guests and compliments the Ayurveda and Yoga plan. Our Dietician designs a tailor-made menu for each guest depending on various factors including the duration of their stay, health goals, and lifestyle and treatment program.
