Combined with Ayurveda, Yoga, and Meditation this 4 to 28 days rejuvenating stress relief package takes place at TRADITION  Ayurveda located at Adams Wood House - homestay in Kochi, Kerala - India.  It includes Homestay accommodation with veg food and treatments based on Ayurveda.

when you book our  Ayurveda treatments you will be getting Abhyanga,  Shirodhara,  Pizhicil,  Kizhi,  Nasyam, and Shiro abhyanga. all treatments will be followed by Swedana ( herbal steam )

More than treatments -we have facilities to teach you how to do Ayurveda massages. During these sessions, you will get practice training on basic Ayurveda Massage and Treatment practices. This course is open to all having a genuine interest in Ayurveda and other Healing techniques
