Stress Buster offers useful materials and strategies that are simple to incorporate into daily life. They might consist of stress-relieving exercises, breathing techniques, journaling questions, and guided meditation sessions. The programme places a strong emphasis on the value of self-care and encourages participants to put their own needs first and partake in relaxing and rejuvenating activities.
Individuals can increase their sense of control over their stress levels, enhance their general wellbeing, and build a more balanced and happy lifestyle by putting Stress Buster's suggestions into practise.
This will consist of one treatment per person, per day. The exact nature of these treatments will be decided by our in-house vaidya [the ayurvedic doctor] after a personal consultation with each client to ascertain their body type [prakriti] and particular physiological [dosha] imbalances.
