Yoga Retreat

The Yoga holiday at Red Earth is for those who would like a more relaxed and flexible schedule. Two yoga classes are offered per day with wholesome vegetarian meals. Come have a guilt-free holiday at Red Earth Gokarna. Guests are free to do whatever they like in their free time. Swim in the ocean or bask in the sun, pamper yourself with a massage at our spa or hire a scooter and explore the myriad sights, sounds and smells of Uttara Kannada.

In order to promote holistic wellness, the Yoga Retreat Ayurveda Program offers a transformative experience that integrates the age-old disciplines of yoga and Ayurveda. This program offers participants a tranquil and restorative setting where they can fully immerse themselves in the teachings and practices of these antiquated traditions. It often lasts for many days or weeks.

In order to balance their mind, body, and spirit throughout the retreat, participants partake in daily yoga sessions, guided meditation, and pranayama (breathing exercises). They are led by knowledgeable yoga instructors through a variety of asanas (postures) and sequences that are catered to their unique needs and capacities. These exercises help raise one's physical health overall and increase flexibility and strength.

The program's Ayurvedic component also emphasizes individualized wellness and healing. Participants receive consultations from Ayurvedic professionals who determine their specific constitution (dosha) and offer tailored food advice, herbal treatments, and lifestyle changes to rebalance and revitalize them. In order to aid the body's natural healing processes, ayurvedic therapies like massages, cleansing therapy, and rejuvenation techniques are also used.
